As former President of L&P, Bernie is the “mama hen” of the family... as sure to praise us for our creative genius as she is to point out if she feels something could be done better.
Bernie began her career in the broadcast industry where she became a top producing salesperson for several leading FM radio stations in Central Florida. Her background with clients such as Anheuser Busch, American Express and Walt Disney World provides a deep understanding of marketing, promotions and event coordination between clients, agency and media.
“Never take your staff or clients for granted. Remind them with your actions and intent why they chose to be with you and your organization. Prove yourself every day and enjoy doing it. Respond as though it’s your problem, your investment, your time. In other words, the golden rule is still, well... golden.”

Bernie and the Landers team not only anticipate client needs, but go above and beyond in meeting them.
In her time off, Bernie enjoys spending time with her husband and their families. Oh, and the cats too! Her passions are cooking and gardening because with both, “strategic rationale” isn’t required. “The pansies don’t mind being planted near the parsley!”
