Creative Genius & Design Rock Star
“I cannot pretend to feel impartial about colours. I rejoice with the brilliant ones and am genuinely sorry for the poor browns.”
– Winston Churchill
No matter how slick or beautiful an ad is or how many awards it wins, if it doesn’t accomplish the client’s goals it’s pointless. For advertising to be truly great, it must be appealing AND effective.
As Arnold Toynbee noted, “The supreme accomplishment is to blur the line between work and play.” Jen knows that while a fun, relaxed atmosphere fosters creativity, designers still have to pay attention to the details. She’s a big fan of collaboration because everyone has something of value to contribute...even the poor browns. Ideas and inspiration are everywhere.
An award-winning designer since kindergarten when she took first prize in a school ecology poster contest, this Mac evangelist holds a degree in Commercial Art/Advertising Design. Jen honed her talents at various advertising agencies and printers in the Virginia Beach and Tampa Bay areas prior to joining Landers & Partners in 2003. Her experience not only garnered her a diverse skill set, but she also picked up a few Addy awards along the way.
“I’ll find a way to make it all work.” Jen strives to combine client input, brand guidelines and mechanical requirements to create eye-catching and effective advertising, always with the client’s marketing objective in mind.
